Hi I’m Nick Wooding, Director of Applewood IT

Having built my first computer at the age of 16, I’ve always had a knack for the technical and an interest in innovation. But I’ve always enjoyed being in front of the computer as much as behind it. I spent many years in customer service environments where I gained a strong personal reputation for communication and engaging well with people. This is why my technical but approachable style is so important to me. I want to bring IT to life for people, not just when things don’t work but in how I explain and communicate the issues to them. This is what small and medium sized businesses want from their outsourced IT partners – a good working relationship and someone who can speak to them like a human being.
